Dedicated to the development of creative methods for the synthesis of complex molecules

We do curiosity-driven research focusing on the development of creative and efficient synthetic methods for the synthesis of complex add value small molecules, including natural products and pharmaceuticals. Cascade and multicomponent reactions play a key role in our research, as does homogeneous transition metal catalysis. We collaborate with theoretical chemists and spectroscopists to gain an in-depth understanding of the reactions we develop, in turn inspiring new reactions. The unique synthetic methodology we develop fuels collaboration with researchers in drug discovery and molecular life sciences.
